As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for administratively supporting the Chief Executive Officer in all his professional duties.

Interested? In this position, you can expect to:
  • Assist the Chief Executive Officer in managing and following up on his schedule and daily professional activities.
  • Help the CEO in drafting diverse internal and external documents, reports and notices.
  • Monitor the implementation of strategic objectives.
  • Write and translate meeting minutes, reports, documents for clients, etc.
  • Support the executive committee by collecting and organizing reports from team members and monitoring the progress of important projects.
  • Assist the CEO in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as other important reports for the board of directors.
We are looking for someone with:
  • Relevant educational degree for the position.
  • Advanced level of French.
  • Advanced level of English or Chinese.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Someone structured, meticulous, resourceful, autonomous, and proactive.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent learning ability.
